Mia Wang is an undergraduate researcher pursuing a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering with a minor in EECS at UC Berkeley, expected May 2026. Her research experience spans defect characterization in perovskites and GeS₂ using Raman and photo-induced transient spectroscopy in the Wu group, fabrication of YBCO-based superconducting microrobots in the Lin group, and ALD process development for ruthenium thin films at the Marvell Nanofabrication Laboratory. Mia is joining the lab as a graduate student in September 2026.
